Monique "Mo"
Center Manager
Monique “Mo” was born in Jamaica and raised in Queens, NY. She moved to Florida in 1997. Mo gradutaed from the University of South Florida with a degree in Psychology. She has dedicated almost 20 years of her career to working with youth of all ages in diverse settings including childcare, foster care, and therapuetic residential care. Mo strives to make everyday a little better than the day before. “I always just thought if you see somebody without a smile, give ‘em yours!”-Dolly Parton. Mo has been with the CBFRCs since 2022.

Ana
Early Childhood Service Coordinator
Ana was born in Havana Cuba and she moved to Tampa in 2019. She obtained a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering. Ana’s experiences include 7years of teaching, 7 as engineer and 2 years working with a refugee program as a Youth Specialist at Lutheran Services Florida. She loves helping others and wants to make a difference in their lives. Ana looks forward to obtaining a certification in Project Management at the University of South Florida. Ana has been with the CBFRCs since 2022. ¡Yo hablo español!

Leonila
Intake and Referral Specialist
Leonila is native to La Ceiba, Honduras. She speaks fluent Garifuna, Spanish, and English. Leonila started her work in the educational system in 1988 and spent several years working as a school principal in Honduras. Once she and her family moved to the United States she continued her career with a focus in childcare education. Leonila believes that life is a learning process and her greatest passion is to serve children and families. ¡Yo hablo español y Garifuna!

Ariellee Villarini, especialista en familia
Ariellee nació y se crió en Tampa, Florida. Ella es de ascendencia puertorriqueña e italiana. Ariellee se graduó de la Universidad del Sur de Florida con su licenciatura en Psicología. Ella espera regresar a la escuela para obtener su maestría (o Psy.D) en Psicología Clínica. Le apasiona ayudar a los demás y ha estado en los Centros de Recursos Familiares de Children's Board desde 2021.

Sheyla
Support Specialist
Sheyla was born in Guantanamo, Cuba and was raised in Tampa, Florida. She is veteran who honorably served in the United States Marine Corps and has traveled all over the world. Now, she dedicates herself to helping others and enhancing her community one day at a time. Sheyla is currently a college student looking to further her education and pursue a Bachelor’s degree of Arts. She is enthusiastic about families and has been with the Children’s Board Family Resource Centers since 2021. ¡Yo hablo español!
