Janet is from Artemisa, Cuba. She has lived in the US since 2016, and in Tampa since 2021. She has a Bachelor Degree from the University of Havana majoring in Law. As a former Prosecutor, she used to work with children without parental care, represented them in court and ensured their welfare. In Los Angeles, CA, where she used to live before, she worked at MEND, a non-profit organization, assisting low-income families and helping them meet each need with dignity.
